Joining in September 2025, I’m part of the reception team working day to day taking calls, creating quotes, welcoming clients and more. I’m loving learning so much in my role and being given the space to develop my skills, especially my customer service skills as I have a background in customer facing roles.
I’m eager to have a deep understanding of how Open Law works and how the reception team fits into the firm. I’m working with a great group of people and learning so much on a daily basis. Clients have know me to be friendly, helpful and a team player.
Out of hours, I love to socialise with friends, go on walks with my family or watch Formula One with my brother. I have a full house with 2 dogs, a cat and 8 siblings! Spending time with family is something I really value, and I love that Open Law reflects that as a core message.
