Time constraints and restrictions apply to complaints via the Legal Ombudsman, and a complaint must be made within 6 months of receiving a final response to a complaint, and no more than a year from the occurrence of that which you wish to complain.
In addition, whilst the SRA does not deal with complaints regarding levels of service, they do deal with matters relating to professionalism and misconduct.
