I’m often the first person to greet clients when they contact the firm, and my friendly, down-to-earth approach immediately puts people at ease. I’ve been with Open Law since 2019 and I’m proud to know this firm inside & out.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll find me talking to clients on the phone, creating quotes for them and greeting them when they pop into the office. My passion is to assist clients with a warm and friendly approach, ensuring no jargon is used so clients fully understand the process of their matter.
I’m organised, with a passion for supporting others and keeping our reception stocked with fresh flowers and positivity.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially Christmases spent with my two sons, four grandchildren and the family labrador.
I also love relaxing in Tenerife, prosecco catch ups with friends and darts with my local team. I’m also a plane geek and travelling on an A380 is on my bucket list.
