I joined Open Law in December of 2025 as a receptionist and legal administrator. I’d previously worked in customer service for a few years but I had been wanting to work in a different sector.
What drew me to work at Open Law is their down to earth approach, making it very easy to settle in during my first few days and get on with all my colleagues.
Day to day, I am answering phone calls, replying to emails, making sure our reception space is tidy and organised, and overall making sure clients get the help they need and are happy with our services.
Clients often describe me as welcoming, friendly and approachable.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and my partner, going on day trips and trying new food places. I also like to use my Canon camera and do some outdoor photography from time to time.
